Let’s move a little.
I’ve taught dance for years. I bring that love of music and movement into our time together, with options that meet you where you are.
You show up for work, family, and everyone around you. Your care deserves a place in the day, too. I’m Mesha, a certified health coach and longtime dance instructor. Together, we’ll find practical ways to nourish yourself, move with joy, and feel more centered.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in healthcare. I’m also a certified health coach and a longtime dance instructor. What I bring to our time together is that experience, a willingness to listen, and practical support you can use when you go back to your day.
I bring conversation, listening, and light movement into every visit. If shopping for healthy eating options feels overwhelming, I can go with you and help you think through your choices. We’ll talk about your life and work together on what you need.
“Wellness has no borders.”
I work mainly with women over 40 in the corporate world. Between meetings, deadlines, and everything waiting after work, taking care of yourself can be the thing that gets pushed back. I want to hear what your days actually look like before we decide what to work on.
Sometimes that means talking things through. Sometimes it means going to the grocery store together, looking at food options, or adding a little movement to our visit. We’ll find a starting point that makes sense for you.

As a longtime dance instructor, I love helping people find their own rhythm. You don’t need to know the steps to join in.
Let’s talk about food, rest, stress, and the demands of your workday. Support can include a grocery store visit to explore healthy eating options together.

A place to start when you want to talk through one area of your everyday wellness.
We’ll talk about your routine, what feels difficult, and what you want to work on. Together we’ll choose a few practical next steps. Food habits, rest, stress, and movement can all be part of the conversation.
Regular time to check in, talk things through, and work on changes that fit your life.
We’ll meet twice during the month. At the next visit, we’ll talk about what you tried, what helped, and what needs adjusting. One brief email check-in each week gives us a way to stay connected between sessions.
Ongoing support when you want more regular conversations and time to practice new habits.
We’ll plan twelve 45 minute virtual sessions over three months, usually one each week. There’s time to try things, reflect on what works, and adjust as life changes. A brief weekly email check-in supports the work between visits.
Learn and reflect alongside other people working on everyday wellness.
We’ll meet virtually for eight weekly 60 minute sessions. We’ll talk about nourishment, movement, rest, stress, and routines, with room to share experiences and learn together. This program offers group support rather than individual private sessions.

All prices are in USD. Dates, locations, group size, and any rental or travel costs are agreed before you book. Public class schedules are arranged separately from private appointments.
